How fast is turnaround on a listing shoot?
Photos and the floor plan are edited and delivered within 24 hours of the shoot in most cases. The 3D tour usually follows the day after. Packages including a cinematic listing video take about four full working days.
What's actually included in each pricing tier?
Essentials, Premium and Estate all include unlimited HDR photography and a floor plan at minimum. Higher tiers add an enhanced floor plan, twilight photography, walkthrough video, and 3D tours. For exact numbers on a specific listing, use the pricing calculator — it's built to give a precise total, not a range.
What's the difference between Essentials, Premium, and Estate?
Essentials covers the fundamentals — unlimited HDR photography, aerial drone photos, and a floor plan. Premium adds an enhanced floor plan, a twilight photo, and a 3D tour included standard. Estate is the full kit: video, 3D tour, floor plan, twilight, and drone video bundled at a flat rate. See the exact breakdown on the pricing page.
Which areas does Novo Real Estate Media serve?
Chicago and the surrounding metro — Cook, Lake, DuPage, Kane, DeKalb, Will, McHenry, Kendall and Grundy counties in Illinois. The packages and the pricing curve are the same everywhere. Shoots far enough out — the city, the North Shore, the south side, Kenosha County in Wisconsin, northwest Indiana — carry a small travel amount that raises the floor on the booking rather than a fee added to the invoice. It covers the drive, and on most listings it makes no difference, because the price already sits above that floor. Further afield than that it is still worth asking; the right job is worth the drive, and the number is quoted up front. The towns with pages of their own are on the service area page.
Do you shoot commercial properties, not just homes?
Yes — commercial listings, construction progress photography and virtual tours, multifamily/apartment communities, and storefronts are all part of the business. See commercial work for how that's scoped and quoted.
How does the auto-recommendation on the pricing calculator work?
Left on Auto, the calculator picks the most cost-effective tier for the list price and square footage entered, and updates that recommendation live as the inputs change. A tier can also be picked manually and adjusted from there.
Does "unlimited photos" really mean unlimited?
Yes — unlimited interior and exterior HDR photography is included on all three packages, not just the top one. There's no per-image cap or upcharge for a larger shot list.
What happens if my listing is under $150K or over $3M?
The calculator is built around a published range. Listings under $150K get a custom quote rather than a published rate — reach out and we'll work out something fair for the listing. Listings over $3M are scoped individually, since property size, access, and how much coverage the marketing needs all factor in.
