Real Estate Photography in the Chicago Area.
Unlimited HDR interior and exterior photography, flambient-blended and color corrected — included on all three packages. This is the foundation every other service on the site builds on top of.
Rooms as they actually are.

RAW on the left. What lands in your inbox on the right.
Drag the handle across to compare. The left half is the file straight off the camera; the right is the frame that gets delivered — exposures blended, colour corrected, verticals straightened.
Three exposures, one photo.
A room is brighter at the window than it is in the corner — more range than one exposure holds. We shoot the same frame three times, two stops down to hold the bright end, metered for the room, and two stops up to open the shadows, then blend them by hand.

The same frame, virtually staged.
Drag the handle across. An empty room tells a buyer the dimensions and nothing else; staging it shows them what the space is for. This is an add-on rather than part of the edit — the photograph on the left is what a standard shoot delivers.
What the good photos actually do.
Wins the appointment
Sellers interview agents with their phones out, and what they compare is the marketing on your last listing. A gallery that looks expensive tells the next seller their home will be marketed like it matters — before you say a word.
Color you can trust
Mixed lighting turns whites yellow and wood orange. Every frame here is flambient-blended and color corrected until the finishes read the way they do in person — so among a hundred filtered listings, yours is the one that looks honest. Buyers feel that before they can name it.
Every room, not a reel
Buyers count bedrooms against the listing sheet, and a gallery with gaps reads as a house with something to hide. Unlimited photos means every room makes the gallery — questions get answered before the showing, so the showings you do get are serious ones.

What agents tell Google.
“The photos turned out flawless and truly captured the cozy essence of my home.”
“I really owe Justin 10 stars for this incredible job! Booked him last minute the day before.”
“Very happy with the way the photos turned out. So glad to have worked with Novo.”
Asked before every booking.
What is flambient real estate photography?
Flambient is a blend of “flash” and “ambient.” Each room is captured as several exposures — some lit with flash, some using only the light already in the room — which are then combined by hand in editing. It takes longer than a single-exposure or straight HDR shot, but it's what keeps walls their true color, windows from blowing out to white, and rooms looking like themselves rather than like a photograph.
How long does a real estate photo shoot take?
A typical residential session runs 45 minutes to two hours on site, depending on the size of the home and what else is on the order. Adding drone, twilight, a 3D scan, or video happens during the same visit rather than as a second appointment.
How many photos are included in a shoot?
Unlimited interior and exterior photos on all three packages. There's no per-photo counting and no upsell — every room and angle that earns a place in the gallery is included, and a larger home simply gets more frames rather than a bigger bill for them.
What does the editing include — and is virtual staging part of it?
Every image is exposure-blended, color corrected, straightened, and cleaned of ordinary distractions as part of the standard edit, at no extra cost on any tier. Virtual staging is not included by default — it's an add-on that covers the whole listing, and it's priced on the calculator alongside the rest.
