Real estate photography services in Chicago.

Nine services, one photographer, one visit. This page is the map — every service below has its own page with real examples, and the pricing all lives in one place.

How they fit together

One visit covers the whole shot list.

These are not nine separate appointments. Photos, drone, floor plan, 3D tour and video come out of the same walkthrough by the same photographer.

01

Most listings: a package

Essentials, Premium and Estate bundle the services most listings use — priced together, shot together.

02

Anything à la carte

Every service can be added to a package or booked completely on its own — a drone-only visit, a twilight session, a floor plan.

03

One delivery, one invoice

Everything lands in a single gallery, MLS-sized and full resolution, with one number on the invoice.

Which service, when

Matching the service to the listing.

What does a standard listing need?

HDR photos, a few drone shots and a floor plan — that is the Essentials package, and for most homes it is the whole job.

When is a 3D tour or video worth it?

Higher price points, unusual layouts, and buyers relocating from out of town — anyone deciding before they visit. That is what 3D tours and listing video are for; social reach comes from vertical reels.

What about an empty house, or a plain exterior?

Virtual staging furnishes empty rooms photo-realistically, and a twilight photo — real or virtual — is the strongest cover image a listing can lead with.

Not a residential listing?

Vacant land, Airbnb and vacation rentals and commercial work each run differently and have their own pages — but all three price online like everything else. Commercial runs off the building rather than a list price.
