Airbnb & VRBO Photography for Short-Term & Vacation Rentals.

A listing shoot sells a house once. A vacation rental gallery has to win a booking every week, for years, against forty other places on the same map — so it gets the rooms, the amenities guests filter for, and the setting they are actually booking.

Most of them are closer than you think.

A short-term rental around here is usually a city condo booked for a long weekend, or a suburban house a family rents while they are in town for a wedding. Those are the ones we shoot most. And if your place is farther out — acreage past the collar counties, a lake house, a cabin near Galena — that works the same way.

Recent work

One recent stay, room by room.

A cabin resort we photographed up north — every unit, every bath, the amenities and the setting. The shot list works the same on a two-bedroom condo in the city.

What's included

Everything a guest decides on.

Nothing in the listing description should be missing from the gallery.

  • Every bedroom and every bath — guests count beds
  • The kitchen as stocked, the living space as it fits
  • Every amenity named in the description
  • The setting — aerials on acreage or water
  • A cover frame composed to survive every crop
  • Twilight, video and 3D tour on the same visit
Why it wins

What this buys the rental.

01

A storefront, not a listing

The gallery sells every week for years, against forty other pins on the map.

02

Guests count beds

A hot tub in the text but missing from the gallery reads as not really there.

03

The setting is the product

The block, the water, the walk to town — guests book the surroundings too.

Rentals are quoted per property rather than off a list price — size, how many units, and whether you want video or a tour on the same visit. Send those and the number comes back the same day.

Questions

Asked before every booking.

How much does Airbnb photography cost?

Vacation rentals are quoted per property rather than run through the residential calculator. A vacation rental has no list price to scale from, and the work depends on how much of the property is part of the stay — a one-bedroom condo and a cabin on ten acres with a hot tub and a dock are different days.

How many photos does an Airbnb or Vrbo listing need?

Enough that a guest never has to wonder what a room looks like. Every bedroom, every bathroom, the kitchen, the living space and every amenity named in the description. A hot tub in the text but missing from the gallery reads as a hot tub that is not really there.

Do I need to be at the property for the shoot?

No. Most vacation rentals are shot on a turnover day with a lockbox code, between the cleaner leaving and the next guest arriving. You are welcome to be there, but it is never required.

Do you photograph vacation rentals outside the Chicago area?

Yes — remote cabins and lake properties are usually the ones that need it most, since the setting is a large part of what a guest is booking. Travel outside the regular service area is quoted with the job.

Your rental deserves the good photos.
